I discovered a method to integrate an AI chatbot within the QA Labs platform.

In the initial release, I implemented a standardized hook-based approach using TypeScript, GraphQL, and MSW, with Storybook facilitating the integration tests.

Later, I transitioned away from this version in favor of xState.

The rollout was carried out progressively, leveraging LaunchDarkly (LD) for feature management.
